Mr Paul Chandler, Member

As a former Headteacher with over 20 years’ experience, Paul developed and led a partnership of 24 clusters of Kent schools with the remit of improving standards. Founder and past co-chair of the Network Learning Community and Chair of Sevenoaks Heads. Paul has been involved in Governance for over 30 years.

Mrs Sue Charman, Member

Sue is the Managing Director of a SME business. She has experience of finance, payroll, VAT and accounting in large organisations with multi-million-pound turnovers.  Sue has extensive experience in budgeting, growth and risk planning and assessment.

Dr Michael Jones, Member

Dr Michael Jones is an Emeritus Reader in Molecular Medicine at Imperial College, Faculty of Medicine.  He has extensive experience in university teaching and genetic research.  He has experience in a state funded organisation, and has previous experience of governance of both maintained and academy schools.

Mrs Amy Webber, Member

Amy has experience of finance/ stock exchange/ international finance markets in roles as Executive Director for Futures & Options and Operations Director in Multi-National Banks such as Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.  She has experience of multi-national markets through postings across EU and USA.

Mrs Paula Farrow, Trustee, CEO

Paula is an inspirational leader with over 21 years of experience as a Headteacher in schools across inner London and Bromley. Her impact as a National Leader of Education and Ofsted Inspector has driven transformative improvements in school standards nationwide. A passionate advocate for excellence, Paula served as a key member of the Regional Schools Commission, shaping the future of education policy. In recognition of her extraordinary contributions to education, Paula was awarded an OBE in the 2022 Queen’s Birthday Honours List—a testament to her dedication, vision, and lasting legacy in the sector.

Mrs Ann Golding, Member, Chair of Trustees

Ann brings a wealth of expertise in education leadership, honed through her years as an Executive Headteacher and most recently as Director of Academies. Her deep knowledge and strategic approach to safeguarding and compliance have been instrumental in driving significant improvements across Trust schools, ensuring better outcomes for pupils and staff alike. Ann’s dedication to excellence and her ability to foster transformative change make her an invaluable asset to any educational organisation.

Mrs Jennifer Millins, Trustee

Jennifer is a lawyer who specialises in employment law. She currently runs the Non-Executive Director programme at a prominent law firm, Mischon de Reya.  She has experience of the education sector from advising schools in HR, reputation management and crisis management.

Mrs Christina Moody, Trustee

Christina brings a wealth of experience in school governance, having worked across both maintained and academy schools. A maths specialist at heart, she has dedicated many years to the education sector, honing her expertise. Currently, Christina serves as a Director for one of the largest and most high-profile networks driving school improvement. With a passion for transforming the lives and outcomes of young people, she focuses on empowering school leaders to create meaningful change and deliver lasting impact.

Mrs Eileen O'Mahony, Trustee

Eileen has worked in the IT service industry for over 20 years.  She is currently the General Manager for a London-based Software Service provider.  She has worked across Europe in a variety of roles, delivering consultancy services to and managing large-scale and complex IT projects for numerous organisations in the public and private sectors.  She regularly speaks at IT conferences and delivers presentations on the ROI of IT investments.  She has previously been a Vice Chair of Trustees and Chair of Strategy Committee for a Multi-Academy Trust.

Mr David Stacey, Trustee

David was a Director of SME International Schools Business Marketing and Finance for a group of International schools.

He was responsible for planning and the delivery of international education programmes.  He has Governance experience both of maintained and Academy Schools.

Mrs Dee Townsend, Trustee

Dee is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of expertise, specializing in the health sector, and a fierce passion for education! Beyond her financial acumen, she’s deeply committed to making a difference. Dee is a trustee at St League, a game-changing charity that empowers young, unemployed individuals by connecting them to education, training, and employment through the transformative power of sport. She also serves as a trustee at St Christopher's Hospice, further demonstrating her dedication to impacting lives in meaningful ways. Dee’s unwavering commitment to both education and social change makes her an invaluable force for good!
